4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

  • Any dispute must be resolved directly with the Service Provider.
8. No Warranties
  • The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • We provide no warranties regarding:
    • Accuracy
    • Reliability
    • Availability
    • Suitability
  • We do not guarantee results or service delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of the Platform.
  • This includes indirect, consequential, financial, or reputational loss.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the previous twelve months, if any.
10. Indemnity
